Philosophy/Frameworks

Human-centered design and design thinking place the people we serve at the center of the problem solving process. By involving the people closest to the topic, we uncover the needs, motivators, and challenges that inform the solution development.

Change management is the people-side of change and recognizing that change happens at the individual level. It provides a structured approach to support people to help them move from their current state to their future state.

Gestalt organizational development begins with awareness and is a gentle and powerful model for growth and development– at the individual, group, team, and organizational levels. It helps identify long established patterns and allows us to make different choices and try new ways of being and working.

Equity and inclusion is all about creating inclusive spaces (virtual or physical) where those who have been marginalized feel they have a voice and can influence decision-making. Equitable and inclusive processes ensure under-represented and/or under-served folks feel heard and feel they belong.
